PREMIUM REPLACEMENT SHOCK ABSORBERS

The well known German suspension manufacturer WILBERS is represented in the US by EPM-Wilbers since 2001.

Klaus Huenecke, the owner of EPM made the contact with Mr. Wilbers in 2001 to import the brand and to develop the market for it. We now have over 15 years of excellent results and satisfied customers.

EPM Wilbers is offering the entire Wilbers program beginning with fork springs, replacement springs for OEM shocks, Mono and Twin Shocks as Emulsion or Reservoir shocks for several thousand bike models in standard length, to raise the ride height or to lower it to enable riders with a shorter inseam to put their feet on the ground and hold the bike up safely, as well as steering dampers and the lower budget ECO line shocks.

NEW!!  WILBERS LDC AUTOMATIC SELF LEVELING SHOCKS

Wilbers has reinvented the concept of Nivomat self-leveling shocks in cooperation with ZF, and made it better than ever! The Wilbers LDC shock absorbers offer excellent comfort and handling in any loading situation, AUTOMATICALLY, and without any buttons, dials or electronics.  If you have a passenger jump on board, the system will use the motion of the shocks to pump up the suspension and adjust the damping to restore perfect control.  This guarantees optimal ride height, optimal geometry and optimal safety without any action from the rider!

EPM Wilbers offers the entire line of BMW ESA shocks and is the only certified service station that can handle all the Wilbers repairs and ESA conversions for the all BMW models, whether it is the Mini-WESA, WESA, Dynamic Comfort WESA, Dynamic Feedback WESA or DDC WESA. The great in-depth knowledge that EPM-Wilbers acquired over the years is to your benefit. EPM Wilbers has worked on BMW ESA shocks since their introduction in 2005, a full 15 years  by now.

Wilbers ShocksEPM Wilbers is the only suspension shop in the entire US that can supply you with new shocks and ESA component transfer for the  BMW K 1200/1300 S/R/GT models, and they can certainly service all OEM ESA shocks, install new springs for a completely new feel and handling, and, in some cases, shorten them to lower the ride height, a very cost effective alternative to new factory OEM shocks.

Another specialty of EPM Wilbers is the rebuild service of SHOWA, WP, KYB and other OEM shocks, even if they are considered NON-REBUILDABLE, as long as the shock tube and cap are not welded shut or have a rolled over edge. These shocks can be equipped with new springs for a complete new feel and handling, at a price that is lower than a new OEM shock.

More information about the Wilbers products will be added shortly, in the interim please call WILBERS USA at (732) 786-9777 with your questions. Klaus Huenecke, the original importer of Wilbers since 2001 will be happy to answer you and recommend specific products for your bike.

What a Difference!!

Hey Klaus,

What a difference the Hyperpro shock makes, like night and day.

It makes me feel sick, I was trying to save a few bucks and bought the other one – which was a  total waste.  The Hyperpro shock is so much better, there is no comparison, huge difference…..

thanks a million….

Hyperpro Shock on BMW

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the HYPERPRO shocks you built for my 2010 BMW K1300GT w/ ESA. I thought the OEM components we good albeit getting worn with 32K on them. Until I installed the new shocks and put 300 miles on for a break in ride. The handling, cornering and overall ride has improved drastically. It basically feels like a different bike, in a good way! Thanks again for a job well done.

YSS Shock Update

Currently have appx 3,000 miles on the YSS MX 506-495 TRC for my 1995 R100GS-PD.  Works beautifully — smooth & composed over good pavement and rough.  Damps quickly for left-right transitions and very stable over broad 80mph sweepers.  Very confidence inspiring.  Never bottoms — can easily adjust it for solo, a comfortable two-up ride, or packed to the gills with a week’s worth of camping gear.

Fork Spring Kit

The progressive fork spring kit and a new front tire were installed on my Honda 599 yesterday. I was totally amazed as to how fast, stiff, controlled and confident with front of bike at higher speeds especially in turns and bumps in the road.

I now have the suspension the bike should have been factory built with.  Thanks so much for the great service!

Regards,
Thomas

YSS Shock is Great

I’ve put a few thousand miles on the bike and I’m extremely pleased with the shock’s performance.   Compared to the shoddy and well worn OEM shock, the bike rides better than it ever has before.  It’s just taught enough on the twisties to soak up imperfections and keep good contact with the road.    It’s just soft enough on the long stretches to easily absorb larger bumps with a nice feel, but no jarring.     It feels like a new bike.
